The wall between the dining room and kitchen was moved to add additional space in the kitchen.  Maple cabinets with licorice glaze, Giallo Fiorito granite and hardwood flooring was installed.  The new kitchen layout allowed for arches into the family room for a more open feel.  An intricate tile backsplash with rhomboids and mosaics was installed.  The dining room now has an arched pass-thru.
