The bath at this home was completely demolished.   The vinyl flooring, ceramic wall tile, drywall, soffit, plumbing fixtures and wall between the two spaces were removed.   The toilet and tub locations were relocated for a better layout and more space.  A Sansiro claw foot whirlpool tub, Moen Monticello fixtures and ceramic flooring were installed.   Bead board paneling was installed 40″ high with a chair rail cap.
