Your first meeting with our Sales Manager will last at least 45 minutes to 1 hour. We want to understand your vision for the space, so you will have the opportunity to share your project wants and needs during this time. Establishing mutual trust and making you feel comfortable is our priority. After our Sales Manager provides you with a probable cost range, you can determine if we are a good fit for your project. If you decide to move forward with BGH Construction, then we will ask you to sign a preliminary design agreement. This will allow us to provide you with design services along with a detailed outline of the project scope, selections, schedule/start date, drawings, and a final estimate. Your second meeting will be scheduled at this time.
We will hold a pre-construction meeting to discuss logistics and clarify expectations. Once construction begins, we will conduct a weekly walk-though with you. You will have the opportunity to share your feedback regarding progress and/or concerns during this time. It is our priority to ensure that all of our customers have a positive experience throughout the entire construction process.
Here is the fun part! During the second meeting, we will verify the details of your project (i.e. flooring, fixtures, cabinets, tops, etc.) We will provide visual aids and drawings to help you visualize your upcoming project. Depending on the complexity of your project, there may be 1 design review or several. During this stage, we will meet on site with key trade contractors as well.
The end is in sight! You now have full use of your new space. Once your project is substantially complete, we will schedule a final walk through to compile a list of any outstanding items or concerns you may have. We will complete these final items as quickly as possible. Most importantly, enjoy your beautiful new space!
